I really enjoyed hearing your speech on infowars.com. It was very inspirational. I am a young man living near San Francisco, California, educated and working as an engineer. I have seen a steady erosion of my freedom in the last decade. Last year I suffered a drug conviction as result of an illegal search. I am also a musician and discovered Romanian folk music many years ago, which I consider the most beautiful music in the world, especially music from Oltenia. I particularly enjoy the Caval and the Cimbalom. I wish you good luck in your fight for freedom.

I think it is important that Americans become much better informed about the evils of socialism. People such as yourself, who have lived under socialism, are in an ideal position to help. Americans have fallen asleep intellectually, dumbed down and brainwashed by government-controlled schools and mass media, and many Americans have fallen asleep spiritually and morally as they allow themselves to be supported by the labor of their neighbors instead of laboring diligently to be self-sufficient by creatively making something good of themselves. In order for us to regain what Thomas Jefferson referred to as “rightful liberty” we must re-discover the meaning of the American Revolution its self. I don't think the young people are being taught in our schools about socialism. After we lose our freedom it will be too late. I am astounded at how ignorant Americans are and they are so apathetic. I just wanted to write and say thank you. I heard an interview you did about escaping Communist Romania. Your story moved me to tears. My grandparents immigrated from Romania in the early 1900s. I am blessed to have been raised in the freedom of America, which seems to be fading away. I have close personal friends that came from Romania and suffered through Communism that are now raising family in America and are very blessed as well. Virginia Prodan - a pretty big hit!

 

Judging by all the questions I’ve received regarding last night’s speaker, Virginia Prodan, I’d say she was a pretty big hit! Many of you are wanting to see if your churches, your kids’ schools, youth groups, etc, can schedule her to come speak. Her testimony about life under communism, her strong faith that got her through (including leading her would-be assassin to Christ!), and her awareness of the similarities between where America is today and where Romania was just prior to becoming Communist, make her presentation a must-hear for all Americans! She is able to tailor it towards various groups, as needed (for example, toning down the stories of faith for secular groups).
